We design, deliver and assess training programs for small, medium and large businesses.
Although our main areas cover recruitment and social media, we are well-equipped and flexible in order to provide multiple training programs with a broad range of content.
Methodology
  • We will first analyse what your training requirements are by identifying gaps between current resources. We will consider the expertise, knowledge and attitude of the people in your organisation and how best to develop them in order to achieve your company’s strategic objectives and support the individual’s career progression.
  • We will then design a customised and up-to-date training program to suit your needs. Training manuals will be developed to serve as a training outline AND to become a subject matter reference after training.
  • One of our Consultants will then deliver hands-on training at the location of your choice. This can be done on or off-the-job and will utilise various techniques.
  • Finally, we will assess the value of the training delivered in order to take into account participant feedback to evaluate future training requirements, improve training conditions, and measure the benefits of your organisation’s training investment.
Recruitment

If your company needs to train new or existing employees on how to recruit personnel, we can design and deliver individual or small group training sessions tailored to your business activity and internal processes. This is effective for both internal recruitment teams and recruitment agencies.

Social Media

If you want to establish a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn and are unsure how to manage it (or if you have one, but don’t get any results out of it), we can train you on how to make the most of these modern technologies.
